• Late Payments: Late payments may result in suspension of services or additional fees as outlined in the service agreement.

4. Refund Policy

• General Policy: Runnotic Companies does not issue refunds for payments made after 24 hours of the transaction date.
• Exceptions: Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Unauthorized transactions.
  • Service cancellation by Runnotic Companies due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Refund Process: To request a refund, you must contact us within 24 hours of payment and provide proof of transaction. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-10 business days.

5. Service Delivery

• Timelines: We strive to deliver services within the agreed timelines. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and we will communicate any changes promptly.
• Revisions: Minor revisions to completed work may be allowed within a specified period, as outlined in the service agreement. Major changes may incur additional charges.
• Client Responsibilities: You agree to provide timely feedback, materials, and approvals required for the successful completion of the project. Delays on your part may impact delivery timelines.

6. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables (e.g., websites, software, designs) will be transferred to you, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Licenses: Runnotic Companies retains the right to use any work for promotional purposes unless explicitly stated otherwise in the service agreement.
• Third-Party Materials: Any third-party materials (e.g., stock images, plugins) used in your project will be subject to their respective licenses, and you are responsible for compliance.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Runnotic Companies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

8. Confidentiality

• We respect your privacy and will treat all client information as confidential.
• We will not disclose your information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or to fulfill our contractual obligations.

9. Termination of Services

• By Client: You may terminate services by providing written notice. Any payments made for work already completed or in progress are non-refundable.
• By Runnotic Companies: We reserve the right to terminate services if you breach these terms, fail to make payments, or engage in unethical behavior.

10. Amendments

Runnotic Companies reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or legal proceedings in the appropriate courts of Nigeria.
